What do I need to register

In order to register, you must be a UK resident with a valid GMC or GDC number.

How To Order

Choose your product from our Menu and then add them to your cart. You can always see your cart by clicking the cart icon on the right-hand side of the top menu bar.

After you have reviewed the products in your cart click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button in the bottom right corner of the cart page.

Once you’ve filled in all the required fields, double check your shipping details to make sure your package arrives at your correct address. Click  on place order to take you to the payment options. By placing your order you accept the Terms and Conditions (located on the bottom of the page).

All orders processed before 11 am will be shipped out the same day. For orders processed after 11 am, they will be shipped out the following day. *For orders placed after 11 am on Friday, during the weekend and holidays will be shipped out the following business day.

When does my order ship out?

Orders placed Monday – Friday
1) Orders placed & payment accepted BEFORE 11 am, will be sent same day.
2) Orders placed & payment accepted AFTER 11 am, will be sent the following business day.

Orders placed Friday afternoon, Saturday, and Sunday
1) Payments will be accepted, but orders will not be shipped until Monday.

Can I order from outside of UK?

No, we only ship within UK. This is a strict rule without exceptions.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Standard delivery is £6.99 and takes around 2-3 days to arrive.

Express next day delivery is charged at £11.99.

It has been a while, and I still did not get my package

Please contact us If you don’t receive your package after five days past the expected delivery day. We prefer to contact our mailing provider on behalf of our members for any delayed or lost packages. We do not want our members to worry about these kind of issues.

Can I talk with a customer representative?

Yes, of course you can! We love to chat with our customers. Send us an email anytime with a suitable time for a member of our team to call you. During business hours we will respond to your email usually within 1-2 hours, please allow us longer as sometimes it can get busy.
